Michele is the owner of ADL Speaker Management. For more than 30 years, Michele has helped organizations and individuals grow their businesses using her Sales & Marketing expertise. Michele has held positions in the Meeting, Speaking, Trade Show & Hospitality Industries. Michele holds a B.S. from Cornell University. She is an active member of Professional Conference Management Association (PCMA), and International Association of Speaker Bureaus (IASB).

Nicole began her career at CBS News where she field produced, shot video and conducted interviews during breaking news situations. During her time at CBS, she booked a sit down interview with the Dalai Lama, and was nominated for an Emmy Award for Outstanding Continuing Coverage of Immigration into the U.S. She also contributed to Emmy Award-winning coverage of the Sandy Hook School Shootings and the Boston Marathon Bombing. Nicole also worked in marketing at Squarespace, and graduated from The University of Texas at Austin.
Nancy is your "go to person" for logistics. For more than 17 years, Nancy has worked for ADL, helping with events, website updates and other admin and IT areas of the business. Nancy began her career as a Software Program Developer for EDS and then worked for Nortel Networks. Nancy studied Computer Science and Math at Appalachian State University in Boone, NC.
We are not a speakers bureau...
We are a speaker management company. When you work with us to book our speakers, it is working with the speaker directly. We have the speakers calendar to check availability immediately, and the authority to quote fees and do all the contracting. We handle the logistics so the speaker can focus on customizing and delivering the best presentation possible to achieve your goals and make you a winner. And, we are happy to give you our speakers contact information if you'd like to communicate directly.
